Scouts is about having fun while gaining value leadership skills and self-confidence.

Scouts is filled with a little bit of everything – our group commissioner was asked at a recent meeting of the troop, “What is Scouting?”. His response was “What isn’t scouting!!”. By this he was explaining that scouts can take into it’s program whatever the youth in the troop want.

Both boys and girls aged 11-14 are welcomed into the scout troop, they make new friends, work in patrols, enjoy the outdoors in many ways, including camping, hiking and much more, and take part in community projects.

You can register on-line by clicking here and going to Scouts Canada.

You can also register by downloading the scouts_participant_registration_en and bringing it along to a meeting. The registration fee is $190 for the year.
